LIVELLO, the new dining concept taking over the signature restaurant of L'Ermitage Beverly Hills, offers guests a culinary destination where Italian and Asian meet in a free-form inspiration. Keenly aware of the gastronomic roots and rich contributions of both cuisines within the city of Los Angeles and the environs of Beverly Hills, Executive Chef Joseph Elevado pays homage with a menu that weaves together refined technique with Asian and Italian flavors.
The elegantly domed dining room of this gourmet Beverly Hills restaurant features a two-story wall of glass overlooking a lush garden patio, infusing the space with serene, warming light during the day. For al fresco dining, the patio evokes an urban garden setting, with a fireplace, waterfall and luxuriant greenery. Special occasions and events may be held in a separate private dining room with seating for up to 20 guests.
